How We Get Your Information
We collect personal information directly from you when you:

We also obtain personal information indirectly, from third-party B2B data providers such as Apollo, when identifying potential prospects for outreach about our services. This typically includes name, job title, company, and business email address.
How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect to:
Respond to enquiries you send us Deliver the result of the scorecard, which we currently send to you by email ourselves Contact you about our services, including where we’ve sourced your details from a third-party provider such as Apollo Send you marketing communications, where you’ve given clear consent to do so
Marketing Communications
Where you’ve given us clear, affirmative consent, such as through the scorecard tool, we will use your email address to send you marketing communications like tips, guides, or offers related to paid media and ecommerce. This consent is separate from any use of your email to send you the result of the scorecard itself.
Where we’ve contacted you directly using details sourced from a third-party provider such as Apollo, this is based on our legitimate interest in marketing our services to relevant business contacts, not prior consent. Every such communication includes a clear way to opt out.

Opting out will not affect any communications we send that are strictly necessary to deliver something you’ve specifically asked for, such as your scorecard result.

We keep contact information for 2 years from your last contact with us, whether that’s a reply, a booked call, or an enquiry. After 2 years of no contact, we delete your information.

Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:

We also use Zapier to send a signal to Meta when someone books a call with us through our scheduling page, so we can attribute bookings back to the ad or campaign that generated them. This only tells Meta that a booking happened; the booking details themselves (name, email, time) are stored directly in Google Calendar under Google’s own privacy terms, not by us.
When you visit our website, you’re shown a cookie consent banner where you can accept or reject non-essential cookies, including the tools listed above. Rejecting them won’t stop you using the site, but may limit how we can measure or personalise your experience.
Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to run our Service:
WordPress and Gravity Forms, to host our website and store the details you submit through our enquiry forms and scorecard tool Google Calendar, to manage call bookings Zapier, to pass a call-booking signal to Meta for ad attribution Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads, for the tracking described above Apollo, as a source of business contact information for outreach
We do not currently use a separate CRM or email marketing platform. Enquiries and scorecard submissions are stored on our website and responded to by us directly.
These providers only have access to your personal information as needed to perform their function, and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
Security
We value your trust in providing your personal information, and we use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Our Service may contain links to other sites, including Google Calendar for call bookings. If you click a third-party link, you’ll be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, and we have no control over or responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
